Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group’s reporting of all the legal entities in China which includes but not limited to monthly management reporting, performance analyses, budget / forecast and long-term financial projection of the businesses of the Group
• Liaise with finance team of local sites in China to handle financial issues related to the Group companies and operations
• Provide strategic advice to the business stakeholders and the Management on finance and business operational development, and facilitate business performance review
• Participate in reviewing and formulating Group finance policies and procedures in order to enhance operational efficiencies
• Support interim reviews/ annual results announcements/ annual audits and any other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business/ Finance & Accounting/ Economics related discipline
• Member of the HKICPA or equivalent
• 15-20 years of relevant experience in listed/sizable organizations. Experience in big four CPA firms is preferred
• Industry knowledge on real estate/property management is preferred
• Experience in ERP and system implementation is an added advantage
• Must be familiar with Mainland’s finance statutory rules and regulations
• Fluent English, Cantonese & Putonghua
