A senior role that includes investment project management, financial/investment advice, some tax planning services and estate planning & management.

Responsibilities:

1) International Investment Project Evaluation and Management

• Participate in pitch meetings for potential investment projects online/offline and gather all relevant information;
• Lead team to implement due diligence and analysis for preferred projects and report to MD;
• Supervise and guide legal process for all investment project including draft & review all relevant legal documents;
• Establish regular review mechanism for all projects that the Group had invested or will invest in with the person in charge via regular communication, in order to form a report to MD on a regular basis;
• Monitor and follow up each key milestones of each projects.

2) International Property Investment and Management

• Coordinate with MD and lead local and/or international team to conduct search and due diligence about targeted properties;
• Conduct analysis of the property from potential, regulation & requirement perspectives and form solid opinion and report to MD;
• Follow up closely for acquisition process and all relevant documents such as contract, title deed and so on;
• Manage the properties via local team or agent and supervise performance of local team and agent;
• Lead and coordinate all development of the properties such as website, branding and budget if hospitality sector of the Group will be engaged;
• Establish regular report about status & yield of properties;

3) Security Investment Strategy Design and Monitor

• Participate in economy outlook conference and update investment market trend to MD at regular basis;
• Liaise with MD and CIO of different private banks regularly and establish investment strategy in different private banks worldwide;
• Lead and review investment proposal from private banks;
• Monitor and review portfolio performance closely and supervise implementation of investment strategy

​4) Europe Bank Project

• Participate in all pitch meetings and partners meetings;
• Coordinate and follow up kick-off and launch of the Project closely;
• Lead and monitor achievement of each key milestones;
• Partially in-charge of day-to-day process and operation of the project

5) Matters relating to Shareholder(s)’ family wealth

• Guide the team to deal with all matters about shareholder(s)’ family wealth upon request by MD, such as insurance, trust, tax advisory, passport & visa etc

6) Other Tasks or Projects assigned by MD

Requirements:

1) Degree or above in Finance / Investment / Accounting / Law

2) At least 8 years of experience in finance and investment

3) Experiences in project management and with at least 2 investment areas

4) Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

5) Candidate with CFA, CFP, or CPB certificates would be an advantage

6) Candidate with consulting background in property investment or financial management projects would be an advantage

7) Global travel is required, mainly to Germany, Thailand, Japan, US to work closely with Managing Director
