Responsibilities

• Support bank loans negotiation and loan documentation for PRC subsidiaries
• Review and analyze cashflow position for PRC subsidiaries for assessment of funding requirement
• Provide loan administration support, including coordination of loan drawdown and repayment as well as on-going loan compliance
• Handle daily treasury operations including deposit placement, capital injection, intercompany loans and bank account administration etc
• Prepare periodic treasury reporting package for management review

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related discipline
• At least 4 years treasury experience in sizable company
• PRC working exposure is an added advantage
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
