Responsibilities:

• Lead the Marketing & Public Relations team in enhancing the brand and driving business growth
• Formulate long term marketing strategy and short term tactical programs to ensure visibility & positive brand image in local & international markets
• Brand guardian and manage the implementation of approved brand strategies to build a positive and proactive corporate and community profile
• Cultivate good media relations & organize press events to promote the brand
• Lead the Business Analytics team to work with Business Development team to help derive new business strategy on marketing and customer retention systems through conducting research and analysis
• Provide support and professional consultancy on Marketing & Public Relations areas to other subsidiaries under the Group
• Responsible for any other ad hoc projects 

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or Business Administration
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in marketing and Public Relations, of which 7 years must be in a direct supervisory role; MICE experience is preferred
• A strong team leader and team player
• Proven successful track record in corporate image building and branding
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker; open-minded, customer and service oriented
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate and build strong relationships internally and externally
• Professional and proactive work ethic, creative, flexible and adaptable
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin
