Responsibilities

• As a newly created position, build the team and function in learning and development area for the company
• Oversee the company’s people development plan and support culture building roadmap
• Formulate strategy and drive initiatives on leadership development and performance enhancement
• Advise leadership team on functional development needs
• Strengthen the communication among all regions through establishing regular and effective channels

Requirements

• Solid & relevant experience and recent people management experience
• Track record in building L&D function and leading culture change, experience in consulting capacity is a plus
• Rich experience in implementing L&D initiatives as facilitator and project manager
• Ability to drive projects and navigate in dynamic and regional set up, preferably hyper-speed growth environment
• Proactive and highly tactful in stakeholder management
• Excellent presentation and audience engagement skills
• High proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
