Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to prepare and deliver the monthly management reporting and performance analysis
• Prepare interim and annual consolidated financial reports
• Assist in annual financial budget and forecast, and tracking of actual against budgets
• Review financial statements for group and subsidiaries, implement necessary internal control procedures
• Assist in the review of connected transactions
• Support the team to work on the continuous process improvements, digitalization and automation initiatives
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance/ Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• Member of the HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in listed/ sizable organizations and work experience at group level is essential.  Experience in big four CPA firms is preferred. (Less experienced candidate will be considered for Manager level)
• Experience in retail/ real estate industry with PRC working exposure is an advantage
• Experience in Oracle or Yonyou ERP systems is definitely an advantage
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, good team player and be able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and writing/ business presentation skills
• Proficient in MS application
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
