Responsibilities

• Working closely with senior management, the incumbent will lead the development of thought-provoking insights through case studies, news, policies, Thought Leadership journals and expert interviews, with particular focus on China.
• Involves research utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research tools, combined with a deep understanding of both the history and current geopolitical landscapes.

​Requirements:

• University degree in economics, finance, journalism, social science, political science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years experience in publishing and presenting Thought Leadership in the form of articles, journals, reports, or interviews, with a focus on China business and geopolitics.
• Strong research project management skills
• Be able to work independently and collaborate/ communicate with different stakeholders to undergo research studies in various topics.
• Excellent English & Chinese writing proficiency with the ability to address points of view and research reports that bring insights to life for C-suite audience.
• Good presentation skills to present the ideas, findings and reports precisely, concisely, and convincingly to the senior management team.
• Maintain an external network of relevant industry experts.
• Travelling is required.
