Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement of indirect goods and services
• Perform and manage end-to-end procurement process starting from supply market research, sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, contract drafting & negotiation, contract finalization and goods & services delivery
• Act as a small team leader to manage and coach team members to perform procurement of various product / services categories
• Provide professional procurement advice to various departments and stakeholders
• Monitor supply performance, quality and compliance

Requirements

• Degree holder 
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience gained from MNCs or listed/sizeable organizations 
• Familiar with sourcing process from RFx / Tendering to contract finalization

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
