Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing press releases and advertorials to increase brand awareness and coverage
• Explore editorial opportunities and prepare write-up for trade media
• Assist in rolling out thematic and tactical campaigns (e.g., Joint promotion with media/trade partners) to strengthen brand identity
• Support media interviews and site visits
• Monitor news coverage, conduct market research and draw insights
• Perform social listening and assist to manage issues
• Develop PR materials and update stakeholder list
• Handle customer feedbacks in a timely and graceful manner
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Communications or related discipline
• Solid related working experience, agency background is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Cheerful, creative, organised and resourceful
• Strong command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
