Responsibilities

• Oversee all reporting, accounting, financial planning & analysis and treasury activities of the organization.
• Act as a business partner and provide strategic advice to difference business units and management
• Monitor and improve financial controls in compliance with statutory requirements
• Co-ordinate with external auditor to complete the interim and annual audit
• Lead and coach the finance team to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance/ Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• Member of the HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of relevant post qualification experience in listed/ sizable organizations.
• Good knowledge of China operations is preferred.
• Experience in big four CPA firms is preferred
• Experience in ERP (Oracle) and system implementation is an added advantage
• Fluent English, Cantonse and Putonghua
