Responsibilities

• Provide network infrastructure support, security & services from design, configuration, implementation, operation to maintenance
• Perform network enhancement, performance, and health status monitoring, troubleshooting network and system related issues and problems
• Support on-site event ICT operation activities
• Manage on-site support vendors to ensure operational efficiency and provide quality support service
• Regular report and review the operation procedures and compliances
• Work on shift to perform network/system changes and maintenances
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines

• With at least 6 years of relevant working experience in in network implementations and operations
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP professional certificate is preferred
• In-depth knowledge in TCP/IP networking, Routing, Switching, WiFi, VoIP, VPN
• Hands-on experience in Router, Switch, Firewall, WLAN controller and Security equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Azure, VMware ESXI and SAN Storage
• Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure and willing to work outside office hours

• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
