The incumbent will work with the hiring managers in the identification, exploration and implementation of suitable resourcing channels, processes and assessments for the high-volume retail operation positions in the designated departments.

Responsibilities

• Understand the manpower needs of the designated departments
• Partner with the hiring managers & line managers to attract and identify the right candidates
• Drive the end-to-end resourcing processes from developing and posting job ads to making offers and getting appointees onboard
• Support other team members in the other resourcing activities
• Keep abreast of the labour market changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain competitiveness to candidates
• Assist the team in building and upholding the employer brand of the company and support in other assignments or projects

Skills and Qualifications

• University graduate with a degree preferably in business, management or any other related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of high-volume retail operation recruitment experience, preferably in the health and beauty, retail, FMCG or other fast-paced industry
• Organized with multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Executive level
• Fresh graduate and candidates with previous recruitment agency background are also welcome
