Job Summary:
Our client is a leading and fast growing premium serviced office operator in Asia Pacific. The Company provides on-demand office accomodation, virtual office representation services, meeting facilities, and a broad range of business support services.
Due to the fast expansion, they are now looking for a highly qualified candidate for the newly created position - Procurement Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, the Procurement Manager will work closely within the internal and external parties to plan, execute and finalize purchasing and procurement strategies on a global basis.
- The roles include the management of global supplier relationships and costs, and establishing comprehensive annual and biennial reviews of global supplier and contractor relationships.
- Manage the company's purchasing & material ordering particularly with respect to new projects, and well as maintenance and renovation contracts.
- Establish an annual and/or biennial vendor procurement review for major CAPEX and OPEX contracts, and establish recurring cost evaluation systems for key suppliers.
- Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and manage contract negotiation process for major supplier contracts.
- Formulate, review and establish global and country procurement and administration policies and procedures
- Work closely with project teams in relation to procurement and administration types of work.
- Develop and implement all purchasing and procurement policy and procedures.
- Develop and deliver purchasing and inventory reports, bid proposal, requirements and tenders documents.
- Maintain good relationships with all key and potential suppliers that meet cost and quality guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or above in Business Administration or viagra online usa relevant disciplines
- Minimum 10 years’ solid procurement and administrative management experience in Asia Pacific
- Good sense of teamwork and commitment; excellent communication and presentation skills to deal with people at all levels
- Be independent and be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Energetic, proactive and service-minded
- Must be a self starter
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English. Putonghua skills are a bonus, but not required
- Occasional travel is required
