Senior Sourcing Manager
Our client is a world leading leader providing a full range of real estate services covering research, consulting, valuation, leasing, sales, investment and asset management. A Senior Sourcing Manager is required to lead the sourcing of Facility Management Services on behalf of both the firm and the clients. To bring sourcing, commercial and contractual expertise to the sourcing arena for both Facilities Management and Project Management teams, including creating and delivering sourcing plans, drafting of pre-qualification and tender documents, analysis of bids and preparation of recommendations and contracts, and to manage the supplier performance and relationship.
Responsibilities:
- To source, select and pre-qualify of the suppliers and vendors for facilities management services;
- Sustain cost ownership (contracts negotiation and cost reductions) and contracts management;
- Identity and manage strategic services partners in compliance with provisions in the Local Services Agreements and local regulations;
- Solicits or participates in the preparation and evaluation of bids, proposals, negotiations etc with vendors;
- Develop and dive cost saving initiatives;
- Carry out price analysis and benchmark required services;
- Work with business teams to develop and utilize standardized sourcing techniques to identify, select and engage suppliers;
- Assist in the standardization of the services contracts;
- Support the creation and manage of the vendor contract database; and
- Review of Facilities Management and Project Management suppliers for central framework agreements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in business administration, purchasing, procurement or facilities management;
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in strategic sourcing with 4 years in sourcing of facilities management services;
- Experience in corporate real estate environment and with sourcing experience in Asia will be an advantage;
- Demonstrate record of decision making on complex programs, conflict resolution, maintaining deadlines and leadership across organization;
- SAP, Ariba application is preferred;
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skill;
- Must be analytical and numerate, able to collate and analyze data, and attend to details;
- Highly organized and effective communication skills;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); and
- Proficient in MS Office suite and especially MS Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.
