Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Hong Kong in the pharmaceutical industry. The Senior/Product Manager will oversee the development of marketing strategies and plans for pharmaceutical and oral care products.
• Responsibilities include product lifecycle management, market research and analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and key opinion leader (KOLs).
• The role also includes monitoring industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring product compliance, and driving product performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field. Master degree is preferred.
• Product management, Product lifecycle management, and Market research skills
• Experience in marketing strategies and market analysis
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Previous experience in ophthalmology and oral care products is preferred
