Human Resources Manager
Our client is a sizable organization with expanding business. They are seeking a high calibre candidate to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and strategic initiatives.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at our Client located in Hong Kong. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HRIS and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration and/or related fields
- Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Hong Kong
- Experience in work visa arrangement is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
