Senior Manager, Event Management
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Manager, Event Management role located in Hong Kong SAR. The job holder will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various complex and mega events. This includes managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, overseeing event budgets, ensuring smooth event operations and preparing pre/post event reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related disciplines
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in sizeable companies with proven track record
- Experience in event & exhibition, MICE and/or entertainment industry is a plus
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; good logical thinking, strong problem-solving and negotiations skills
- Well-organized, detail-minded, muti-tasking, flexible, work independently and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
- Capable to handle ad-hoc and/or multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin
*Less experienced candidate will be considered for Event Manager and Assistant Event Manager level.
