Responsibilities:

• Review and refine procurement policies and procedures.
• Manage sourcing and supplier relationship management to ensure high-quality supply of goods and services, together with driving cost improvement plans;
• Responsible for indirect procurement /Non IT Categories (experience in some of the categories such as Corporate Travel, Marketing, HR Services, Professional Services, Facilities Management and etc..);
• Negotiates, reviews, and executes contractual arrangements per company policy and business objectives.    

Requirements:

• University graduate in related disciplines;
• At least 10 years solid experience in procurement industry of sizable firm; 
• Fluent English, Cantonese & Putonghua;
• Good negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
• Disciplined and cautious with high level of integrity;
• Strong leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
• Meticulous, self- motivated and well-organized.
