Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development and Employee Relations
• Responsible for developing/implementing HR policy in compliance with corporate objectives and standards
• Deliver HR support and advice to all business units in driving business performance and engage employees
• Oversee all staff and office administration activities
• Responsible for other HR assignments as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years solid experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in hospitality or service industry
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Knowledgable of HRIS system
• Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• More experienced candidate will be considered for Manager level
