Responsibilities:

• Support review and refine procurement policies and procedures;
• Manage sourcing and supplier relationship management to ensure high-quality supply of goods and services, together with driving cost improvement plans;
• Responsible for IT Categories including but not limited to Hardware, Software, Application Development, IT Outsourcing, etc.;
• Develop and drive Sourcing Plan across the group;
• Negotiates, reviews, and executes contractual arrangements per company policy and business objectives.    

Requirements:

• University graduate in related disciplines;
• At least 12 years solid experience in procurement preferably in finance & banking industry and/or MNC; 
• Good negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
• Strong leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
• Meticulous, self- motivated and well-organized;
• Fluent English.

Less experienced candidate will be considered as Deputy Head of IT Procurement.
