Responsibilities

l   Perform financial and operational audits for business operations of the Group in Hong Kong and the Mainland

l   Review the control efficiency and effectiveness of the Group's departments

l   Prepare clear and concise audit documentation, including drafting audit findings and recommendations

l   Perform ad hoc audit assignments

Requirements

l   Degree holder with professional qualification in CPA or CIA

l   Minimum 3 years of solid professional experience in internal audit department of sizeable company or audit firm, preferably from "Big 4" accounting firms

l   Excellent command of English, Cantonese & Putonghua

l   Strong business sense/ commercial sense

l   Good knowledge in internal controls and risk management

l   Mainland China and property development experiences are preferable

l   Frequent travel to the Mainland is required

l   Candidate with less experience would be considered as Officer
