Job Summary: 
Responsibilities
  1. Support on-time and quality implementation and SAP Sucessfactors and other HR projects according to the project plan 
  2. Liaise with key users to refine and document business requirements
  3. Support Key Users to investigate, trouble-shoot and resolve HR  issue
  4. Field general HR systems questions
  5. Identify and document recurring or systemic issues that require broader attention and resolution that may occur during the implementation process
  6. Undertake other ad hoc duties and projects as may be required from time to time
Requirements:

  • University Degree, IT-related qualifications will be an advantage

  • Preferably with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing SAP Successfactors

  • Fluent spoken English and Cantonese
