• Develop and formulate financial strategies and objectives
• Lead and oversee Finance team on general accounting duties, internal control and treasury matters
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on accounting, taxation, insurance, operation and business-related matters
• Review monthly financial and management reports, financial forecast, cash-flow projection and ad hoc reports
• Monitor financial performance against budget and perform financial analysis to identify areas for enhancement
• Support business operations and achievement of corporate goals
• Oversee corporate insurance matters and cashiering operation
• Collaborate with various internal parties to facilitate operation / process efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other related disciplines or equivalents
• Qualified Accountant
• Minimum 10 years of accounting-related work experience, a mix of Big 4 audit and relevant commercial experience is a must
• Track record of leading a team
• Strong business sense and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Champion the role of business partner and transform statistics to action
• Analytical mind, attention to details, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent English and Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin is a plus
