Responsibilities

• A brand custodian to maximize brand exposures and consistency
• Formulate and implement marketing initiatives & CRM programs
• Tailor effective campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement
• Initiate and implement joint promotions with partners
• Work closely with different internal parties and external agencies/vendors to create satisfying customer experience
• Budget planning and monitoring

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in marketing or communications
• Degree Holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related disciplines
• Proven experience in brand management, marketing and CRM for sizeable corporation, agency exposure will be an advantage
• Experience in website management, digital marketing and O2O campaigns 
• Strong leadership, project management and time management skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and creative with strong marketing perspective
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High proficiency of both spoken and written English and Chinese
