Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small team to prepare and deliver the monthly management reporting, performance analyses, budget / forecast and long-term financial projection of the businesses of the Group
• Liaise with finance teams of local sites to handle financial issues related to the Group companies and operations
• Assist to formulate Group finance policies and procedures to promote operating efficiencies without promising controls and governance
• Support interim reviews / annual audits and results announcements and audit of the Group companies
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance / Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• Member of the HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant post qualification experience in listed / sizable organizations and work experience at group level is essential.  Experience in big four CPA firms is preferred
• Past experience in retail / real estate industry with PRC working exposure is an advantage
• Self-motivated staff with good interpersonal skills, a team player, and be able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and writing / presentation skills
• Excellent commend in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
