Our client is a fast growing organization and they are seeking a high calibre candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing / procurement activities independently from requirements identification, market analysis, sourcing strategy development, management of the whole RFx process to contract award.
• ?Assist in reviewing & implementing sourcing / procurement policies & procedures.
• Responsible for inventory planning and management to ensure ordering at optimized level.
• ?Advise stakeholders / users on sourcing / procurement best practices, compliance to company policies and governance model.
• ?Conduct spend analysis as required to identify and deliver cost savings opportunities.
• ??Support special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• ?University graduate, with advanced degree in Supply Chain Management would be of advantage.
• ?Professional membership of CIPS, ISM, IPSHK preferred
• ?At least 6 years of experience in sourcing / procurement / inventory management at sizable organizations or MNCs.
• ?Excellent analytical and inter-personal skills to work with people of all levels internally and externally.
• ?Excellent command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• ?Experience in using Procurement systems will be an advantage.
