Responsibilities

• Responsible for talent acquisition by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection
• Manage the HR system and new modules implementation as and when required 
• Assist in reviewing/modifying HR policy and procedures 
• Ensure compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements
• Work on ad-hoc projects as assigned by management 

Requirements 

• Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Solid experience preferably from sizable organizations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
