Responsibilities:

• Project manage a sizable capital expansion project to ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Manage the master planning and design development from inception to completion.
• Co-ordinate on production of concept, schematic and detailed designs, tender/construction documents, and to manage the procurement and construction process.
• Manage external consultants' performance.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders including internal and external parties such as consultants, government departments, utility companies, etc. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder and professional qualification of related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in project management. Knowledgeable in facilities management will be a plus.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and procedures for development projects in Hong Kong.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
