• Work with Brand Teams to deliver collaborative sourcing for the Group so as to reduce cost and/or increase efficiency.

• Develop strategies for group procurement and ensure alignment with departmental strategy.
• Aware of both competitive activity and industry initiatives globally so as to incorporate best practices into appropriate strategy.
• Maintain effective relationship with each local business units and ensure effective integration with local merchandise practice and culture.
• Motivate and assist business units to run local auction.
• Make recommendations for enhancement and continuous improvement of the Group Procurement systems.
• Manage and develop staff for continuous growth with the company.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Business, Purchasing and Supply Management.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sizable organization preferred from group/corporate level.
• Customer centered with a strategic business planning background.
• People management experience and demonstrable influencing and motivational skills.
• A proven track record in sourcing product and vendors (retail industry preferred).
• Able to handle high pressure situations and deadlines.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
