Job Summary:
Our client is a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax and advisory services, with an industry focus. Our client's Learning & Development department provides comprehensive programs for staff members to ensure their career development and maintain our quality service.
Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of various organisational development initiatives for their staff.
- Project manage firm-wide people programmes including people development programmes and coaching & mentoring ,etc.
- Research and advise the business on the latest trend in talent management and development.
Requirements
- An advanced degree in psychology or human resources related field
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in progressively more responsible roles in the areas of learning and development or talent management within multinational corporations or consulting industry
- Proven facilitation skills and experience in conducting development workshops, the use of feedback and psychometric tools, such as OPQ and MBTI
- Excellent in organization and project management skills
- Strong analytical and data management ability
- Be proactive and client-focused with demonstrated ability to advance the L&D agenda
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and lead a team
- Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
