Position Summary

•  Establish the Group’s new line of business
•  Develop business plan and strategy
•  Build and lead the team to maximize the Group’s market share in the 2^nd Hand business

Responsibilities

•  Conduct market and competitive analysis with a view to recommend the 2^nd hand luxury product mix / strategy for management approval
•  Establish business plan, operating model, implementation plan in accordance with the Group’s mission and goals
•  Explore and develop the best fit retail and eCommerce business model
•  Build the team from scratch to develop, operate the business and deliver high growth sales target
•  Lead the development and operations of the eCommerce APP
•  Develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) model and manage the customer relationship accordingly
•  Accountable for the business P&L

Requirements

•  Degree holder or above in business management and/or related disciplines
•  Minimum 10 years of working experience in running 2^nd Hand Luxury Business, and / or sizable & reputable eCommerce organizations
•  Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in delivering results
•  Experience in building / developing the business and team from scratch will be an advantage
•  Working location is flexible, either Hong Kong or Mainland
