Our client is a fast growing organization and they are seeking a high calibre candidate to join their marketing & branding team.

Responsibilities

• A brand guidance to manage different touchpoints to maximize brand exposures and consistency
• Formulate and implement marketing initiatives & CRM programs according to the business focus, deliver in a timely and orderly manner
• Create effective campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement
• Initiate and implement joint promotions with partners
• Work closely with different internal parties and external agencies/vendors to create satisfying customer experience
• Budget planning and monitoring
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in marketing or communications
• Proven experience in CRM, brand management and marketing for sizeable corporation, agency exposure will be an advantage
• Experience in website management, digital marketing and O2O campaigns is preferable
• Strong leadership, project management and time management skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and creative with strong marketing perspective
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Fluent English, Cantonese & Putonghua
