Job Summary:
Responsibilities
- Handle all calls / emails / WhatsApp for clients in professional manner and follow up the cases according to the procedures set
- Assist to handle complaints
- Maintain customer log in relative systems (system name if available)
- Assist to provide the highest level of customer care service to achieve Company requirements & business target
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Associate degree holder or above in any disciplines OR Diploma with Call Center experience
- Passionate on developing career in CS roles
- Excellent customer service skill is preferred
- Good communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Native Cantonese, Fluent English & Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
