Responsibilities

• Handle all calls / emails / WhatsApp for clients in professional manner and follow up the cases according to the procedures set 
• Assist to handle complaints 
• Maintain customer log in relative systems (system name if available)
• Assist to provide the highest level of customer care service to achieve Company requirements & business target 
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Associate degree holder or above in any disciplines OR Diploma with Call Center experience
• Passionate on developing career in CS roles
• Excellent customer service skill is preferred 
• Good communication, presentation and analytical skills 
• Proficient in MS Office applications 
• Native Cantonese, Fluent English & Mandarin

• Fresh graduates are also welcome
