Head of Marketing
Responsibilities
Lead a sizable marketing team to drive business growth
Develop integrated marketing strategy on branding, communication, product, and pricing
Responsible for planning to commercialization for all key markets including but not limited to Asia Pacific
Develop long term and short term winning strategies through understanding of macro environment, conducting market research and analyzing large volume of consumer/market data
Work closely with different global functions to align on strategic priorities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder of relevant disciplines
Solid experience in regional marketing, knowledge of China market will be an asset
Working experience in FMCG industry / global brand is essential
A visionary and result driven leader with proven track record in driving business growth
Excellent communication skills and relationship management
