Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and enforce policies, procedures, rules, regulations, manuals and guidelines for carrying out effective and systematic operation of facilities and maintenance programs
• Monitor and control the budgeted expenditures of the systems / functions 
• Supervise in-house engineering team and external service providers to carry out maintenance works and technical support 
• Attend to emergency calls to safeguard the interest of the Company and to ensure its continuous business operation
• Study, plan and carry out enhancement works 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in building studies or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing building facilities of sizable organization
• General knowledge of the current legislations relating to building and contract law
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
