• - Responsible for regular electrical services within properties
• - Provide technical contingency advice when dealing with emergency breakdown
• - Support implementation of maintenance programme and ensure all electrical operating conditions are sound
• - Review and maintain all the standard operating guidelines and procedures manual
• - Monitor work progress and quality in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements and ensure workmanship meet the company’s standard
• - Conduct regular functional check and review maintenance workflow, methodology and frequency as well as resource allocation to minimize cost of work
• - Monitor daily operation and maintenance for Building Services installations
• - In charge of emergency calls for any electrical system failure

Requirements:

• - Higher diploma holder in Electrical/ Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines and holding electrical license B or above
• - Minimum 5 years' Building Services experience in property repair and maintenance, renovation and E&M project
• - Knowledge of the current legislations and engineering design / practice on facilities management, building services, event technical support, contract law and other requirement related to event / exhibition
• - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
