Responsibilities

·       Responsible for procurement of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing/ Engineering & Maintenance, Facilities Management

·      Perform and manage end-to-end procurement process starting from supply market research, sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, contract drafting & negotiation, contract finalization and goods & services delivery

·    Act as a small team leader to manage and coach team members to perform procurement of various product / services categories

·         Provide professional procurement advice to various departments and stakeholders

·         Monitor supply performance, quality and compliance

Requirements

Ÿ   Degree in Engineering or related disciplines preferred

Ÿ   Minimum 8 years of solid experience gained from MNCs or listed/sizeable organizations 

Ÿ   Familiar with sourcing process from RFx / Tendering to contract finalization

Ÿ   Strong project management skills

Ÿ   Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Ÿ   Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
