Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage (F&B) operations including all outlets, event venues, catering and banquet services
• Plan and implement effective sales and promote competitive  activities according to concurrent trends and achieve in-house operational efficiency
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are compliant with all rules and regulations
• Train and evaluate F&B staff performance, and provide feedback for improvement and ensure quality of services are up to company standard
• Prepare the commercial action plan for the department and ensures its implementation
• Manage the coordination and communication with retail partners on day-to-day operation issues
• Establish a rapport with guests to resolve customer’s complains and concerns
• Perform any ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• Diploma or above with related property retails management or large-scale catering management experience, Bachelor’s degree holder in hotel management is preferred 
• Minimum 12 years of experience gained from multinational organizations with at least 8 years in managerial level
• Knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation regulations
• Proven ability to execute and establish holistic retail management plan based on the new industry trend
• Strong organizational skills , problem-solving, and leadership skills. Knowledge of planning short and long-term goals, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and departmental P&L analysis is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
