Job Summary: 
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to develop business in the areas of MICE and special events such as concerts, sports and etc.
 - Develop and implement strategies/plans/ actions in ensuring the Business Development team meeting sales and other KPI targets
 - Oversees booking arrangement to maximize the booking efficiency and profit
 - Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and relevant parties
 - Continuous review of the clients’ engagement process and sales operation process
 - Develop staff talents and a strong team culture that facilitates collaboration in business development
 - Act as a change agent in the change management process
 - Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
 
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business or Marketing Disciplines with demonstrated academic excellence; MBA preferred
 - Minimum 15 years of sales and business management, of which 5 years must be in a direct supervisory role; less experience will be considered as Deputy Director.
 - Solid and proven experience in live entertainment businesses, with extensive connection with event organizers, promoters, production contractors. Knowledge in ticketing and admission systems a plus.
 - Strong in managing stakeholders at various levels
 - Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
 - Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
