A leading US financial institution is seeking to hire two procurement professionals, specialized in IT and FM respectively, to join their country procurement team.
- Responsibilities
- · Assist Procurement Head to direct and manage centralized procurement function for the country.
- · Work closely with Regional and Global Procurement Office to align directions to achieve the target goals.
- · Develop proper sourcing strategy to maximize the value for the firm.
- · Lead the strategic-sourcing projects for the assigned category.
- · Establish and negotiate on contract terms and condition.
- · Identify any quantitative and qualitative improvement initiatives.
- · Develop effective mechanism for performance monitoring.
- · Ensure compliance of company policy and procedure.
- Qualifications & Experience

· University graduate with 5 years of relevant experience.

· Solid experience in sourcing, negotiation, contract and project management, preferably in banking/financial industry.

· Strategic-minded and be a change agent.

· Strong business acumen.

· Excellent relationship building, influencing and communication skills.

· Excellent analytical capability.

· Experience in people management.

· Member of leading purchasing & supply management professional bodies will be a definite advantage (e.g. MCIPS, MISM)
