• Establish/enhance corporate policy, procedures, system and governance model to improve operation efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead the team to conduct regular review on procurement activities to ensure compliance with policy and procedures
• Develop category management strategy and model to facilitate on-going improvement of sourcing/procurement activities
• Engage senior stakeholders and  maintain collaborative partnerships

Requirements

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Professional qualifications of CIPS or equivalent will be an advantage
• Solid experience in developing policy, procedures and system is preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Fluent English, Chinese and Mandarin
