Responsibilities  

• Prepare monthly management and analysis reports 
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support annual audit / interim review and results announcements
• Prepare and review statutory accounts / annual tax filing 
• Work on ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in Big Four CPA firm and listed sizable organization
• Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation and regulations are essential
• Experience in property leasing and property development is an advantage
• Familiar with Oracle and Yonyou is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
